Our mission

Ontario's online schools are held to the same standards as any brick-and-mortar school. Growing Success, OSSD requirements, Ministry inspections — every rule applies. But the tools available today weren't built for this reality.

Schools use a patchwork of LMS platforms, student information systems, and spreadsheets — none of which understand KTCA categories, 70/30 weighting, or the Provincial Report Card template. Edpace replaces all of that with a single platform built specifically for Ontario compliance.

What we stand for

Compliance-first

Every feature is designed around Ministry requirements. We don't bolt compliance on as an afterthought — it's the foundation.

Canadian data residency

All student data is hosted in Canadian data centers. We never transfer PII outside of Canada. PIPEDA compliance is non-negotiable.

Accessibility

WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliant as required by AODA. Every component is tested for keyboard navigation, screen readers, and color contrast.

Built for educators

Designed around teacher workflows, not around technology. Every interaction is informed by real Ontario classroom practice.
